October 17th Payment Instructions for the

2013 Orchestra/Marching Band Performance Trip

If you are interested in using your child’s Student Account funds too completely or partially cover the $800.00 3rd trip payment, please do the following:

1. Contact the Student Account Manager, for OPG Chris Gomberg @ dcgomberg@mail.com or 788-7040 or for MRD Kris Parrella @ Kristine_parrella@yahoo.com or 534-7661 to find out the amount in your child’s Student Account.

2. Please forward the email received from the respective student account manager to Monika @ mhcourt@comcast.net stating how much to use from the available student account funds.

3. If necessary write a check to Discovera Tours for the difference (e.g. if you are using $300 from student accounts write your check for $500).

You may also pay the difference with a credit card directly to Discovera.

4. Mail your check to: (I will send to Discovera with the student account payment)
