Mandatory “2013 Trip” Meeting

When: Monday, November 19^th

Time: 7:00pm

Where: Auditorium

*County Clerk Mary Melfi will discuss Passport rules & deadlines

*School Medical Staff will discuss required medical forms

*Required school forms & travel rules will be reviewed

This meeting is required by the school. Students going on the trip must attend with at least one parent or guardian.

Attendance will be taken.

A required school form must be notarized. For your convenience notaries will be available at the meeting free of charge.
