3^rd Trip Payment is Due

The 3^rd trip payment is due this Wednesday, October 17^th. If you are planning on using student account money for this payment please let me know by Tuesday. Instructions are attached.

Mandatory Trip Meeting

There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all students and parents on Tuesday, November 13^th at 7:00pm in the Auditorium.

This meeting is required by the school.

Any student wishing to attend this trip must attend this meeting with at least one parent or guardian. Attendance will be taken.

At this meeting, we will be discussing the medical form packet as well as other forms, passports and other legal documents.

More information will be forthcoming.

Notary’s needed….

Some of the School Forms for the trip need to be notarized. We are looking for 3 or 4 notaries to help us at the end of the meeting.

(In the past Band and Orchestra parents who are notaries have donated their services to help us with this process)
