Important Trip Information

This is a reminder that next Tuesday, February 19, 2013 is our final MANDATORY trip meeting prior to the trip itself. The meeting will take place in the auditorium at 7:00 pm; attendance will be taken. At this meeting, each student participant will be receiving a backpack, luggage tag, and folder with flight lists, chaperone and room information, bus lists and more. As mentioned earlier, this is the first trip that any of the current band/orchestra students have taken overseas, so it is absolutely necessary for all students (and preferably at least one parent or guardian) to be present.

The trip rehearsal schedule for March, after the musical is as follows:

3/15 2:15 - 4:15pm (this one has been rescheduled earlier due to it being Friday and there being no tutorials)

Parents: Going to a foreign country requires quite a bit of paperwork as well as HCRHS’s requirements. We know how daunting and what an inconvenience to your busy schedules this can be, but without all the proper paperwork (especially the medical forms, due March 21, 2013), you will not be able to participate in this trip. If there is an issue with your paper work we should know about please contact us a.s.a.p. so someone can possibly help direct you. Thank you.

Lastly, the forms update is attached in an email sent to you. We are down to only 20 students that still owe at least one form, but the medical forms need to be in NO LATER THAN 2/21 (one month prior to the trip), in order for the nurses to go over all of them and contact parents if there are any issues.

Again, if you do NOT see your name, then you are all set, if you see your name, any "X"s next to that name represent the forms that we HAVE from you, and the blank spaces indicate the forms that we still need.
